I brought my vehicle in to have a tire changed after popping a tire - after waiting for hours, I was told that my wheel was missing and that someone came around the back of the shop and stole my wheel while they were working on my car. Very sketchy. Firestone corporate bought me a new wheel, and took care of all expenses. I would recommend any other Firestone location.

I've been here several times and am always happy with my experience. I can schedule an appointment online (so easy), and then once I get there the employees are always on time and communicative. They do great work and do it efficiently, and they keep me updated throughout the process so I never feel blindsided or confused. Will continue to bring my car here!
