I've had lots of work done here on my vehicle and they are very honest and good at what they do. Most recently they took me as a last minute oil change when valvoline next door refused service to anyone when opening.
The work didn't take long, I got a discount for less than $30 and everyone was so friendly.
Literally one of the worst firestones in the Indianapolis area.
The Firestone location at 260 S. State Road 135 Greenwood, IN performed excellent in every way. The Firestone Headquarters gets an "F" for failure with its December "Cyber Monday" savings event that promises a $50 gift card to be sent automatically by 12/31/24 per the offer details. I have called multiple persons on four different dates since and sent Firestone an email to their website on 3/4/25. I am still waiting for someone to contact me.
Apparently it's a safety hazard for their mechanics to use an impact and 18mm socket. Needed one bolt loosened on a Sunday. My car is on the side of the road and they refused to be paid to loosen one nut on a part not even on a vehicle. Citing safety hazard to use a tool they have 19 mechanics using. I'll never buy another set of tires or even an oil change at a Firestone. Now we know why they are a failing business.
