This place is beyond horrible. They've changed wrong tie rods three, yes three times AND then tried charging me again for there mistake. They've allowed another to use my Firestone credit card for work more than once, as my cards in there system. They've told me car will be ready in 1 hr on multiple occasions...come 2 to 6 hrs later. They've said my car has problems that require immediate attention. So then I went and got more "professional" opinions and they see nothing wrong. 10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND really wish I could give this company 0 stars. Clearly I’m at fault for giving this company way to many chances. Never had any issues with this company up until a year ago. My boyfriend Kevin Kautman left his car the afternoon of 10/18/2019 to have work done first thing in the morning on 10/19/2019. He spoke with Melissa Haines about the service he wanted done. He told her he only wanted one brake line replaced and that if the technicians found it need both that they were to stop and call because he did not want both done at this time. RecommendedKudos to Brenda and the crew at Firestone Dubuque! I've been going there for several years and have never had any problems with their work. Recently, I had brake work done, and things were fine until a couple of weeks ago. When I spoke to Brenda about it, she had me being it in for a look. Brenda provided excellent customer service on Saturday. A most pleasant experience. We had a used car vehicle inspection that was exactly what was needed at a great price.
Had an oil change scheduled for 2:30. At 3:15 my kids & I left to walk over to the mall since the employees hadn't even taken my car into the garage yet! Who knows how long it's going to be before I get the call it's finally ready to go!
