They put the lug nuts on so tight that my tires could not be removed to change my brakes. It would have been an easy, cheap job, but now it has to be taken to a "professional" (apparently that doesn't mean much), where I will have to pay much more than intended. I can rest assured, however, that it will never again be this particular group of green "professionals". This is one instance where hiring someone with experience (as opposed to just education) is imperative.

Would prefer that the employees wear masks properly. Fox News in the lobby is a major bummer as well. Fine if you are desperate - we had an emergency. Took them a couple hours to replace 4 tires.
It would have been nice to have my scheduled appointment honored. Why offer appointments to just be told “we don’t pay attention to that online system and we are full so you’re going to have to wait an hour and a half to two hours.” Had I not been in a rush before vacation I would have taken my business elsewhere. Ridiculous.

Recommendedcustomer service was good. Chris was very helpful. But I don't appreciate that the tires that I wanted they were out of and put another stlyle without asking me. I went to clean my car this morning and noticed the threads were not the same of the ones that I have wanted. I went back and told them what I thought was wrong. Chris said he will take care of it. I asked him why he didn't ask me what other Style I want it at that time. he said he wasn't the one who got the tires. he did not know that they use something else. again... read more
called 2 hrs before the closed I know I know . and asked if they could mount and balance 4 wheels and tires for me I did not buy the tires from them even they said bring it in we will get it done for you and that they did super nice and helpful will be back for sure

They put new tires on my car the day after they started going flat. Took my car back in and they said it was my rims. They should’ve never put new tires on my rims if they thought they were bad but you know don’t want to miss out on a sale so they did anyway. Bought new rims they won’t even put them on and will only warranty the one tire that has a hole in it if we bring JUST the tire in but it can’t be on any rim. Me and my fiancé have lifetime alignments on both of our cars there and I regret giving them our business.
Not the most friendliest people, but they were able to squeeze me in when I was in a jam and quite quickly might I add.
Aside from the fact that they are open on SUNDAYs which was a total surprise, they have a great customer service team, skilled techs and reasonable prices. (Plus a great inventory of tires you wouldn’t expect!). We were returning to NYC from WV and had a serious tire issue and stopping in Altoona at Firestone was a life saver!!! Thanks so much!!
