It took eleven hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I made an appointment in LaPlace La for 9 am, Saturday October 4. my car wasn't ready to until 8 pm that night totally uncalled for. poor management. Shouldn't schedule appointments if you can't do the work in a decent amount of time. I asked when I scheduled my appointment not to keep my car all day because I had things to do. I’ve been calling your “cooperate” off a week bc You location on Northwoods Blvd . I purchased 4 brand new tires and also received a oil change after getting my engine begin to knock I took my car back the next day and was told by your mechanic “ it’s normal “ I know better I never had any issues with my car until your company touch my vehicle. Firestone Complete Auto Care... can you explain how somebody can make an appointment for 9:30 to have a set of tires installed at one of your locations, arrive exactly on time, be rudely told by your staff that they did not make an appointment but that they “would be worked in”, then not have their vehicle pulled into the shop until noon, and not be provided with an estimated time of completion? Asking for my husband. At your La Place, LA location. It’s 3:10 now.
Stopped in because enterprise told me to bring the rental car there. We got there at 4:45 and was waited on very quickly but that is all that was quick. Will never be back because the employee in the shop sat on the stool for 30 minutes without doing anything. They finally pulled the car into the shop which was empty at 5:30. Then he took the tire off and walked outside to pull another vehicle in the shop. The worker is very slow.
I came in with my window stuck down, you charged me $50 to tape it to the door? Really? I’ll be back Monday!
The four is because I scheduled an 11am oil change appointment only to be told when I arrived that it wasn't confirmed even with a confirmation number emailed to me. The manager assured me they'd get to me but, there was a wait...I didn't mind the wait but, there was no where to sit..the few chairs in the waiting area were full..being a lifelong resident of St John Parish, I try to keep my business here but, times like this it makes it easier and more convenient to travel to Jefferson or Orleans Parishes to spend my bucks!
Super easy to deal with. Had a flat on a rental car and everything was handled very smoothly.
