When they say an appt is going to take 30-45 minutes-- you shouldn't be still waiting 2 1/2 hours later for your car to be done.

This shop is horrible. They damaged my car. Left it in their bay when they we agreed they would leave it out for me to pick up because I was going out of town early the next morning. They charged me for checking work they had done on my car because the problem was still having the same issues. On top of all that three weeks after they changed my oil, my car engine locked while I was on the highway in Sauk centre. I will never go there again and I recommend that no one else does. They are the worst.
Had a good experience today. Got a great deal on tires. Even went with a better tire then originally planned... I told them what I could afford and they worked on a great deal for me. Feeling safer on the road.
New battery that was installed started going dead - recommdation: don't leave the doors open so long New breaks installed squeak louder than before replacement - diagnosis (after leaving with them 2x, & one was overnight): 'there's no squeaking, are you sure you're not hearing someone else's?' All being said condescendingly
