I went here a couple weeks ago to get my oil changed and shortly after I noticed my car was leaking oil, so I went to a new place to get it checked out and the reason it was leaking was due to Firestone not putting the gasket back on at all. Not to mention it was about $80 for Firestone to fix it. It’s way too overpriced. I would take your business elsewhere because not only does their services suck but it’s overpriced.

I just went to Firestone to get a diagnostic test of my engine. They did the test. I decided to take my car somewhere else. As I drove off my car starting making a weird flapping clicking sound that was not there when I brought it in. I called the manager. All he said was that " No one touched it". So now I have a bigger problem that Firestone caused on purpose. Do not take your car there for anything. They will break it so you have to end up paying more to fix it.
The young man do not want to be there. This is not his calling. His demeanor sucks. He need to be free to explore his options. He got to be a family member. We had oil gushing from underneath just a mess. Big Bossman nonchalant, lack people skills. No refund offer or discount. The young man did not screw the top on which caused the flow. This is a business treated like a unrespected job. We just here. A business is not how many cars we can get, but how many customers can we keep.
