I've been a Tires Plus customers since 2009, but after the high level extraordinary customer service I received from Chris, the store manager, I will now be bringing my business to Firestone. I want to add that I pride myself on my loyalty. If you provide excellent customer service I wil go out of my way, literally, which I have done with Tires Plus, to continue to give you my business.
