I HAD A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE AT THIS LOCATION. I ARRIVED BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT TIME AND STILL RECEIVED FAST SERVICE. THE EMPLOYEE CHRIS WAS EXTREMELY POILTE AND KIND. I WILL RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE IN THE AREA. THANKS FOR AWESOME SERVICE BECAUSE ITS RARE IN 2025.
DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO ANY FIRESTONE. especially this one. The worst decision for my car life. NEVER had a problem with the car other then an recall BMW dealership fixed. Spend 1000 dollars literally for nothing. Oh I spent a thousand dollars to break my car. So since I took it to firestone. Hose didnt get fixed . My spark plug didn't need fixing. Didn't fix my 02 sensor, catalytic converter broke, now today supposedly my water pump broke. Ran like new until i took it to firestone. One month later I take it to This trash f... read more
Fast friendly service!
I went here a couple weeks ago to get my oil changed and shortly after I noticed my car was leaking oil, so I went to a new place to get it checked out and the reason it was leaking was due to Firestone not putting the gasket back on at all. Not to mention it was about $80 for Firestone to fix it. It’s way too overpriced. I would take your business elsewhere because not only does their services suck but it’s overpriced.
