Horrible, rip off artists! – I went in for an oil change and mentioned that my brakes seemed to be sticking. They said they would check the problem out. They called and said they would need to keep the car overnight and that I could pick it up in the morning. The next morning they called about the time I was supposed to pick up the car and said they had discovered another problem. I'm taking my business elsewhere – I have been going here off and on for the past several years, as I live locally. The main reason I go here is because the price is reasonable for an oil change when I use their credit card discount. I've bought tires in the past. But every time.... I leave with a bad taste in my mouth. Every time I come in they try to talk me into doing work on the car that I know it doesn't need. DEATH BY TIRE SHOP – AWFUL STAFF, AWFUL WORK, SOLD UN-NEEDED SERVICES. GOING HERE WILL DESTROY YOUR FINANCIAL LIFE. LIARS THIEVES, UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES. YOU WILL NOT GET A DECENT DIAGNOSIS, YOU WILL NOT BE WORKING WITH HONEST PEOPLE. IM NOT SURE IF THEY WORK ON COMISSION OR WHAT BUT JUST TAKE YOUR CAR SOMEWHERE ELSE DO NOT GO HERE AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS ITS NOT WORTH YOUR TROUBLE OR TIME. STAFF USES FOUL UNPROFESSIONAL LANGUAGE AND MAINTAINS A LAX AND CARELESS DEMEANOR

never again – Had gotten tires there in the past, people seemed very nice... so when the car needed more work I took it back to them... bad idea! they did work that was not needed and didn't fix the problem that i had brought it in for ... they had me bring it back 4 times and still not fixed. in the end they told me that i had never stated the problem and the work they did was preventitve maintiance.. so long story short i am out a lot of money and my car still has the same problem.

Understaffed, who cares – I scheduled an appointment to get a coolant flush among other things. I had to wait over an hour past my appointment before they even started the work. I heard the manager complaining about employees not showing up multiple times. The store was clean, the prices are comparable to what you find elsewhere, but the place was understaffed.
