The crew was outstanding. We drive past multiple other tire dealers, to do business here. I had been told by a Honda dealer we’d purchased our Ridgeline from the tires were down to 5/32, and 2 had nail/screw in them. The crew here confirmed that I had a pro-rated warranty. They recommended to replace all 4 tires. They were right and they got it done for us a couple of hours later. If I could give 0 star I would. If you have issues with your car or even if it's a simple maintenance or tires, run away from this place. I took the car in for 2 new tires, they didn't give me an estimate initially, I had to call next day to ask them for the price, they finally gave me an estimate, which was higher than their website. Then I had to call and ask if my car was ready. They didn't bother to call to tell me how much the work will cost or if my car was ready.
