I was here today to have a pre purchase inspection. I drove over 30 minutes to get here. The person at the front desk told me they do not do pre purchase inspections. I asked him if that was just this location or Firestone in general. He said Firestone in general stopped doing Pre purchase inspections. I told him I had a had done 2 in a different location very recently. He replied that I should go to that location then. I believe there is a better way this could have been handled.
