Although I'm not the easiest client to please, I must say I am quite satisfied with the customer service received by Store Manager Emilio Menicucci. He went above and beyond to get the low profile tires I wanted. I was there longer than expected and had the opportunity to witness the rest of the staff being very friendly and helpful with all the clients on a very busy Saturday morning.
