What a Rip-Off Service Advisor Dan doesn't know how to tell the truth. I had repair made on my truck, and when it was done, the new part still didn't work. He said they then needed to do a diagnostic for more $$. This should have been done first so I took it somewhere else where the repair I had already paid for was done correctly. Now they won't give me my money back for a bad part, and are lying about telling me to do a diagnostic first, when they didn't. Lousy Work – Don’t risk taking your vehicle to Firestone on 13025 Canyon Rd. Incompetent:- I took my car to have them fix a slow leak in one tire. After two hours they say the tire looks fine and it was likely caused by a weight pressing against the bead. Reposition the weight, take my money and send me on my way. Next day the tire has lost 6 psi again. Got my money back (whole other story, see next) and take it to Les Schwab. They find a nail in tire! Fixed and on my way in 20mins. Worst Mechanic Ever I went in on my lunch hour for a routine oil change. 2 hours later, I finally get my car back. Driving home, my car starts to smoke. Apparently they left the radiator cap off, not to mention caused additional damage as well. Shortly thereafter, it required a new starter. Ever since the oil change, my car has rumbled loudly, and as a result of Firestone's incompetence, they blew two cylinders as well. Never take your car here.

Good Service if you go early Although Firestone has some catching up to do with Les Schawb, this is a good store. If you can make it in close to opening on Saturday they will get what you need done pretty quickly.
