Horrible horrible horrible. This place is trash. I needed an alignment done and was told to go purchase tires and bring them back only to be told they don’t install outside tires? Ok so why not tell me that instead of “go bring your tires before the alignment “ Never again. Don’t waste your time or money here!

I have been bringing my vehicles to Firestone for years. They always do a great job and the customer service is always top notch. Today’s visit was a bit disappointing. Took 1 1/2 hours to get my oil change ..... and that was with a scheduled appointment The work completed was great and the guys working at this center were good, but they do need to work on the speed of servicing customers. I recommend getting your car done here - however - probably best to drop it off and return when completed rather than sit and wait
Chris Mendoza and his crew did a great job on my Chevy Traverse. I really like how you can make an appointment online to bring in your car for service. We will definitely be back for the tire sale on June 2nd.
I am a pretty patient person and let a lot of things slide...but...got here at 7:25 am and was excited that they were one of the few shops in the area open this early. I was the first customer here and there were no other cars in the bays. Car didn’t get brought back for an oil change until 8 am. Had to be at work at 9 and I got out of there at 8:45..so a grand total of 1 hour and 20 minutes for an oil change. Kicking myself for not walking out of there. The 1 star I’m giving this location is only because 2 of the 3 employees that I spoke to today were very polite and professional. This location should consider implementing time management skills. There should be no reason why I arrived at 1045am for a 11 am schedule appointment only to get fed up with the wait time at almost 2pm and leave with only some of the services I requested completed. Dropped my car off at 9am for an oil change, I was told it would be an hour and a half wait which was fine because I was headed to breakfast with my wife. We finished breakfast, went to two stores and finally got back to firestone at 12:30, 3.5 hours later and they still haven't touched my car and their response was we are swamped but your car is next!!! Umm if you think for one second I'm waiting around any longer you're an idiot!! First and last time I pull in a firestone driveway!!
These guys pulled up all the stops !! I had no idea my tires while recall .. went in just to get air .. they took my car immediately change out my tires at no cost to me due to re call !! Best customer service !! You have a customer for life !!
It's the best you get the honesty on your car. Their like family, thanks guys, thanks for being a blessing.
