Unreliable. Workers are lazy and management sucks.
They did a really good job on my tires, a bit expensive, but it's worth it. The wait was the only thing that I hated.....
The shop did a good job the second time. Had my right rear axel seal replaced on a Tuesday and had to come back Thursday due to seal leaking badly. Second time they also replaced the bearing. Technician should have checked the bearing for condition the first time. 1.5 hour job and I spent 11 hours there including diagnosis time.
