Update to add: STILL have not received a phone call or email or any sort of communication from corporate. In addition to them sending the invoice for "work done" to my credit card.They have done NOTHING to apologize, resolve or attempt a solution for work not done. If we hadnt eventually decided to take the vehicle to another shop-we'd be without a working a/c in summer and no phone calls. I highly suggest you NEVER use them. I feel I am in the best hands with this crew Porsche runs an honest and more than fairly priced shop. She always puts my mind at ease ...particularly right before I had to leave with my car on a trip, I am reassured, I feel safe I owe them a lot of thanks and highly recommend them!
I had several issues with my Nissan 2021 rogue sport... First this, then that, and it was a brand new car (to me) which I planned to take on a road trip. Porsche was an absolutely fabulous help-she took her time, went the extra mile to help put me at ease and made sure I got the expert opinions I needed. Would highly recommend this location to anyone who stressing over typical car issues. Absolutely great location!
