Haven't been to a Firestone shop in years. Now I know why. I booked an appointment yesterday and no one said a word whether my appointment was confirmed or not until 1 hr before the time I selected this morning. Then I rush to drive up here for them to tell me that they changed my appointment from waiting in the store to dropping off my vehicle. Never said a word to me until I got to the shop. I had a great experience. Everyone was honest and kind. I would recommend for your car needs!!!!
Had a fabulous experience at this location! I stopped in for a issue with noise coming from my right front tire and although they were completely booked and busy; Carmen was delightful and put customer service first by having a mechanic take a quick look by removing my tire and identifying the problem with a broken sensor that was stuck inside my tire and being bounced around. He then made arrangements for me to be serviced at the Midtown location the following day so that I can get a tire replacement and new sensor. I reall... read more
