Very slow service
Great service and response. Any issues that might have come across when bringing in my RAV4 were resolved. Pat, the technician helped nearly in explaining what the issues were with my vehicle. I felt the transparency was welcoming and helpful. Out was good to know what the exact issue was and what we needed to do to fix it.
My girlfriend’s Jeep Overland was repaired on 1/13/26. The repair was only two days during the busy holiday season. The service advisor, Porsha was great. She explained what the problems were and what to prepare for going forward as the Jeep is an older model. Great repair service by the technicians and Porsha has excellent customer service skills. Recommending Firestone for speedy repairs at a reasonable price point!
