Don't agree with sneaky fees like $11 shop supplies fee for an alignment on a rust free vehicle.
Vehicle was dropped off yesterday for a oil change. Its almost been 24 hrs at this point and its still not done. I was told we are extremely busy and two guys called out. So why are they still pulling vehicles in to work on while my vehicle just sits there in the bay!? Very poor leadership at this location. To top it off a few months ago dropped my vehicle off for an alignment. I had to bring it back 3 times after that because it wasn't correct. It ended in a refund because that said we cant do it.
