Been going to Firestone ever since the location was built. Many years ago. Always receive great service. This last visit…….They were able fix my problem just by cleaning and adjusting a couple things. That may be a temporary fix, but at least it put off a $1,500 alternative fix for a while.
Darrel is a nice guy but totally unprofessional. Unattentive to anything that was said, they replaced the wrong tire, scratched our rims on a brand new Acadia. Just a shame what kindof of service most places give nowadays. Go find a mom and pop shop, its worth a couple extra bucks and you will be supporting a local family(s). Terrible.
