Trying hard not to be negative but they tried to rip me off bad
Great service very friendly!
Clayton is always so helpful and puts my mind at ease when I need work done on my car. I have been going to New Berlin Firestone for my tire needs for years. One time, something hit my radiator when I was driving and my car told me to stop the car. Just so happened, I was coming up on New Berlin Firestone, so I stopped and dropped the car and key off. They fixed it for me by the next day. Below are the services I have done when coming to New Berlin Firestone.
Jan and Kevin were awesome on my 4 tire replacement and finding deals
Outstanding service by Zoe on alignment & Clayton in customer service. ☆☆☆☆☆
