Worse customer service EVER! I called this morning to get an alignment and told them the reason I need it was because I just installed Bilstein 5100s with a 2in lift. They booked me for 4 PM. I told them that I would need to wait for the job to be done. They said it would take about an hour. I got there at 320 PM and told them my name and then they immediately told me that it would not be done until 7. I had no ride so waiting was my only option.. They answer the phone then hang up immediately. 2 times it happened. Avoid
Poor experience: made appointment day before, I was the only car available when I arrived. I wanted an oil change and alignment. I was quoted 1 to 1.5 hours. 2.5 hours later they hadn't started the alignment. I asked for a refund and it took nearly a half an hour for them to give me my car back and issue a refund for the service not provided. I have never had such poor service. If I had been told it would be 3 hours, I would have been able to plan my time and get other things done. Instead my time was wasted and they lost mo... read more
They have good prices, employees that do their jobs well, and it's very easy to make an appointment. I took my car in for a number of things to get fixed and they took care of it! I only give 4/5 stars because they have room for improvement when it comes to communication. When you drop your car off for repairs, don't wait for them to call you about your vehicle and make sure you ask specific questions about what you want to know. If you don't call first, it's unlikely you'll hear from them within reasonable time.
