RecommendedI went into the store looking for a great sale on tires. Found out the tires were discontinued. and the store could only find 3 of them after calling 2 stores out of the area. So the salesman gave me a better deal on a better tire and I purchased 4. Firestone on Outer Loop in Louisville, Ky is my recommended store
I had to get a tire replaced and when it was done I was told my brakes needed fixed immediately. I dont have the $$$ right now but will be getting my brakes done in a couple of weeks
These people were so nice and helpful . They made sure everything was taken care of and they acted like they honestly cared about the customer. I would definitely recommend going here and I will always come back for future services . Thank you Firestone 😊

Very pleased with this location. They were able to fit me in and fix a flat. Andre was great. I've used this location before but this was a superior visit. I highly recommend this place of business.
Love that place..... Everyone is super friendly and they have great deals all the time.
I like there tire service however there prices on fixing things are too high. They wanted $400 to replace ball bearing and I took it to another Mechanic today and it cost me less than $200.
Had a flat tire leaving work, they are closing shop for the day and managed to get me in so I can get home :) amazing customer service. I will forever be thankful for their help!
You guys are amazing my mom has been coming to you guys for awhile and we are now going to be life long customers. You all have done some major repairs including a thousand dollar job today. Thank you for all you hard work and efficiency are car is now riding like when we first brought her
