Great customer service!
Had a slow leak in my tire. Despite the location having a busy day of appointments they were able to get my tire repaired and get me back on the road. Always great service at this Firestone! Been going here for the past 17 years.
Requested repair of flat tire
Made an appointment for a 9 a am alignment and was told 2-3 hrs once I got there. Was told skeleton crew yet every time I come in they only have 1 tech. I want a refund for my lifetime alignment. Was originally told when I scheduled by first tech that he couldn't do my alignment because of model even though was in and had done 2 weeks before. Hire more people or close this location and combine with other locations so u can have proper training and amount of people. Manager was in no hurry and not friendly. Only one at this p... read more
