We were happy after the first phone call just to inquire about prices! Jeff was very personable and knowledgeable! We have a unique tire size and Firestone had a set in stock. We called other tire shops in the area and they were not as personable nor did they have the size tire in stock we were looking for. And Firestone is around the country so when we move our warranty is not lost. Everyone we dealt with was very personable and helpful!
Very helpful and kind, I have a newer vehicle, im not use to all the electronics, bells and whistles! Everyone at Firestone has been patient, understanding and helpful, explained what is "normal" and how it works, I truly appreciate them all, Especially Kayla and Jeff !
The employees on Lancaster are amazing. They explain what is needed or recommended and never try and up-sale. I like how I can count on them to make sure my car is road ready every time.
