I waited 20 minutes at the counter just to pick up the key to my car for a service that required no payment. Once I was finally tended to, it literally took 25 seconds to help me. You need to train your employees how to juggle multiple customers.
Great service, great people. Always treated with respect and given full run downs on cost before agreeing and before paying. Love these folks

The service I got from Kayla & this shop from start to finish was hands down the best service I've had in a long time. Kayla was so kind, professional and patient with me as I was dealing with a small emergency of not one, but two blown out tires. Kayla got me in close to closing time, the shop put on a new tire and I made it to Corvallis for a wedding like nothing happened. Absolutely amazing. Can't stay enough good things about my experience and the staff here.
