Quick and easy
Quite literally the worst experience ever. Not only did they make me wait for two hours for an oil change and tire rotation when I was told it would be a one hour wait time, but they put the wrong oil in my car. The girl at the front Kayla had an attitude from the beginning and when I brought the problem to her attention, she tried to argue with me saying that it’s “recommended by the manufacturer” for my car to have the oil they replaced it with, when she was wrong.
