I had to have my 2020 Cadillac towed and I chose to have it taken to Firestone on Weatherly Road. My wife got a flat tire and this vehicle does not have a spare. I wanted to replace the flat tire with a match of the other original tires which are Continental. Firestone doesn’t carry the brand so I purchased the tire at another Automotive Shop. Y'all used to have a certified tech that could do anything. Now you don't. Y'all used to have same day service with ease. Now I have to schedule an appointment days or a week in advance if I want that service during a time that is convenient for me. Y'all used to have folks that had been there for a really long time that I had a relationship with. Now y'all got a bunch of new folks. Y'all used to be better at the location closest to me. Now y'all are just like any other place I can go to and get service. I even got your cred... read more
