Don’t waste your time here in Mcallen, they only have good customer service if you’re calling for information over the phone and not if you are waiting in person. They will continue to answer calls to provide them with information and will make All incoming clients wait until they are done with the phone calls. Word of advice: place the people on the phone on hold and attend to your clients that are waiting!!
RecommendedThey will try to talk you into buying additional or more expensive services. This is how the stores make their money. Don’t let them scare you into spending more Just get what you must and get out.

Yesterday My friend and I had a flat tire. We literally made it to the parking lot and couldn't drive any further. My friend went to ask someone inside firestone for assistance and they proceeded to tell us that they were too busy and couldn't be bothered to help us and to go next door to pueblo tires and see if they could help. So we did. I think it's sad that pueblo tires literally had to walk over to the firestone parking lot and use their portable air machine to pump up our tire.
