The staff was friendly and helpful, however, I dropped my car off at 9am and it was finally ready at 5:30pm. Almost 9 hours is a ridiculous wait time for an alignment and tire replacement. I was also advised that my cabin filter would need changing because it was close to its end of life, but I just changed it last week. When I asked about it at the store, I was told that it was based on mileage and that they don't physically check the filter. This could be very deceiving for someone who doesn't know any better.
