I will never take my car anywhere else, this store and it’s leadership, John, uselessly and the mechanic who has worked in my many times Robert are all of the highest integrity and I trust them that my car will be taken care of and they’ll do it with thought, highest quality, and the highest integrity. I would never take my car anywhere else for this level of service.
Five stars for exceptional customer service! I cannot thank Service Advisor Dickson and Technician Brendon enough for going above and beyond during my July 25th visit to Firestone on Northlake Blvd. Dickson rushed to order a specific tire for me and had it delivered within a few hours so I wouldn’t be stranded. Even though it turned out I didn’t need it after all, his quick action, resourcefulness, and genuine concern for my safety meant the world to me. I had an excellent experience at Firestone thanks to James and John. They were both incredibly helpful, professional, and had my truck in and out much quicker than I expected. They took the time to make sure everything was done right, and my alignment came out absolutely perfect. I also love the lifetime alignment warranty—it gives me a lot of peace of mind knowing I can bring it back whenever I need to.
