I had a nail in my tire that was not repairable and when I called to check on the price for a tire, they were nice enough to schedule me for an appointment that same day! The service advisors were super nice and professional; I had my car ready within 1hr! I had an appointment for 8:30 am on 10/1 to have my right front tire put on in the proper direction. This tire was improperly put on wrong by this store. I was checked in at 8:58 and immediately signed out at 9:00 am. I was there for well over an hour, I was not asked to sign out, see paperwork. Do you have cameras in the lobby to show me leaving? Made an appointment on Wednesday for Saturday morning. I got 2 confirmation emails. Dropped the car off at 10am. Called at 12:45 for an update was told they had not started. I called at 2pm, was told they still had not started. They said it was because I did not make an appointment. I told them not to bother, I will pick the car up. I called Firestone on North Lake because my tire had a huge nail in it! James answered and was able to fit me in right away! He got it patched and the keys back in my hand within 15 minutes! James and his crew are super efficient and provided excellent customer service!
