I bought my tires from Tire Rack, and the representative provided me with options for places where I could get them installed. From my first interaction with the customer service representative, I had a feeling it wouldn’t be a good experience. On the day of service, the representative who assisted me was quite rude. Maybe I’m just old-fashioned, but when I asked if the air conditioning in the lobby could be a bit cooler because it was very hot, he told me the thermostat was set to 77 degrees and that he wouldn’t be changing... read more
