I took the car in for diagnosis, which was recieved the next day. Repairs involved major (MAJOR) work, asked for a repair estimate. Stopped in two days later to follow up as the car was still there, asked again for a repair estimate. Was told they were waiting to find out the availability/cost of the parts. Then received an emailed estimate for the labor only without any cost for the parts. Stopped in again and asked them to get the cost to repair, still had not gotten parts costs.
