I took my car in to this firestone they were very helpful with fixing my flat. Charles was very insightful about the wait time, and Chris gave me a great price on my tires!😃 would recommend

Zero stars this is the worse Firestone in west palm beach every time I bring my fleet truck they have it for 2 day don’t look at it don’t touch it just so they can try and take as many customers as possible before they get to my vehicle this is aggravated. I do have to work. I wanna make some money too, and don’t get me started on the customer service sucks
The technician and mechanic both tried to sell me new rear brake pads and rotors, when they have less than 10,000 miles on them. They also tried to scare me into buying a new battery, and showed me a picture of a low meter reading that was clearly not from my car. I took my vehicle to another shop who confirmed not only my suspicion that the rear brakes were fine, but that my battery was also in the green. I will be canceling my Firestone card before I even use it.
