Dishonest. Went in with a flat tire and was told that they wouldn’t honor the road hazard I purchased. The only option was to purchase a lesser quality tire. I’ll go to literally any other Firestone over this one. * update. Just got the valve stem replaced at another repair shop. The tire wasn't even flat. So much for the "unfixable" flat tire I was told I had.
I had a great experience working with Rolando at Firestone. He was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He made sure I understood the services my vehicle needed and provided excellent customer service throughout the process.
