They could have better customer service and not argue with you about your vehicle. I would not recommend Firestone to anyone. We took our vehicle there to have the wheels aligned and to have the brakes looked at because when the engine was off, they seemed to work fine, but as soon as you started it, they went all the way to the floor. They tried to tell us that we needed a whole new brake job including calipers, brake pads, rotors and a master cylinder. They quoted us $2100. Absolutely unprofessional place to go there wasted more than 6 hours for nothing waiting to get glass window motor fixed ended up in waiting for another day. Will not going back there again and will never recommend anyone. The lady working on the desk named "Ashley" apparently the "manager" was so rude over-charged for the job had to pay for the diagnostic even i went on and got the window fixed by them so charged me diagnostic + labor. Came in for a second opinion on a failed inspection only to learn the previous faculty was running our inspection under the wrong weight class causing it to fail...saved us substantially on recommend repairs. Highly recommend Keith and Jason.
Jason is amazing! I've gone here for years. He's extremely personable and will tell you exactly what's wrong with your car (won't try and screw you over and do unnecessary things). Today I had some object break off under my car and every mechanic was busy. He walked out and laid on the pavement with his own screw driver and personally bolted this thing back into place...thanks Jason and firestone!!
The experience wasn't awful. The guys at the front were very friendly. My only issue was the amount of time it took. About an hour longer than estimated. I went in for an alignment knowing I really needed 2 or 3 new tires as well. I agreed to 3 tires not knowing they would have to go to another location to get the third. Hence the extra hour. I would have liked to know that up front in case I didnt have that much time.
