I am not usually a person to write reviews/publicly post about bad experiences, however, I made an appointment for a tire alignment and an oil change at Firestone on Wednesday for today, they got my info that day, it was booked. I called yesterday to see if i could drop off last night and pick up today as my appt was at 9:00am and they said yes, so i did that. Called and spoke with Matt over the phone and ordered tires. He said we have them in stock and I can come and pick them up. So I said perfect I will be there 7pm tomorrow to pick them up. He said they would be there. After driving an hour out of my way I get there to find out that the tires were on back order. I was told to give Matt a call on Friday and we would work something out. RecommendedI recently had the brakes go out on my car and they were able to fit me in at the last minute. Unfortunately it required a hose which they wouldn't have until the following day. One of the mechanics there kindly gave me a ride back home, that was extremely kind of him! I can't recommend this place enough!!
