I am not usually a person to write reviews/publicly post about bad experiences, however, I made an appointment for a tire alignment and an oil change at Firestone on Wednesday for today, they got my info that day, it was booked. I called yesterday to see if i could drop off last night and pick up today as my appt was at 9:00am and they said yes, so i did that. Called and spoke with Matt over the phone and ordered tires. He said we have them in stock and I can come and pick them up. So I said perfect I will be there 7pm tomorrow to pick them up. He said they would be there. After driving an hour out of my way I get there to find out that the tires were on back order. I was told to give Matt a call on Friday and we would work something out. Excellent experience had a problem with sensors. They corrected the problem. No charge.
I recently had the brakes go out on my car and they were able to fit me in at the last minute. Unfortunately it required a hose which they wouldn't have until the following day. One of the mechanics there kindly gave me a ride back home, that was extremely kind of him! I can't recommend this place enough!!
The manager there is so nice to customers!!
