I was giving them another chance after they failed to secure the undercarriage shield with my last oil change. I heard a horrible noise and when I looked under my car, the plastic piece was dragging the ground. So, I had to make an extra trip back there for them to fix the situation. Yesterday, I dropped my vehicle off for an oil change and tire rotation. I took my car to the Firestone Store near Target on Woodruff RD I went for a simple oil change. I paid and went to get in my car to find it unlocked and running. They had not reset the screen and black grease on my door panel. I go back in the speak with the guy and his reply was "it wasn't running longer than 20 minutes". Well sir how long do you think it takes to steal a car? I came home went online to complain they had the manager call me, he said, "I am sure they apologized". Go there if you want but I wont go back.
Came in for an ac check bc I had no air they put it on the machine unfortunately they told me my compressor was goin out but they were very professional and explained everything to me and answered all my questions. Very nice people!!
HORRIBLE customer service. They needed TWO DAYS to rotate tires. And they now ONLY do appts. Walk in no longer welcomed. Stay away
I had a nail stuck in my tire, so I went there to have it checked to see if it could be repaired. The gentleman at the counter took a quick look at a picture on my phone and immediately said it would have to be replaced without even looking at the actual tire. I ended up not leaving it and took it to Powdersville Tire , where they were able to fix it and saved me 100.00. I will not be returning to Firestone for any reason.
Great attitude and friendly workers , would recommend this location to everyone.
What a great experience! They turned a blowout on 385 to an exceptional example of service. Friendly, informed service, and over-delivering on their completion commitment. Thanks for making my bad day an exceptional example of customer service.
