I had a great experience at this Firestone location getting two tires replaced. Jordan was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process—he was professional, communicative, and made sure everything was handled smoothly. It’s tough finding an auto shop you can fully trust, but Jordan and the team earned my confidence. Highly recommend asking for him if you need service!

I would recommend caution when bringing your vehicle for service at this location. After paying over $3K for repairs, our vehicle was returned with incomplete work, unsecured components, and systems not functioning as billed. Serious issues were identified immediately, and less than 24 hours later our vehicle suffered a major mechanical failure resulting in a total loss of our vehicle. If I was able to, I’d give this place a zero star, worst experience ever will never go to a fire stone ever again also The aerial manager, Ray spoke with him over phone I was nice and calm over the phone until he started disrespecting me and swearing at me over the phone very unprofessional

Had my car 12 hrs, didn’t check it, lied that it was fine - gambling my SAFETY, I still had to pay, and I paid for them just to mess with my Bluetooth stereo system like a free shop boombox. I was not rude at all. Never wrote a bad review EVER – never about a car shop either. I know it’s a TOUGH JOB. I came in to get my fog light fixed and an oil change and have my door locks fixed. They didnt put anything about fixing the fog light on for the mechanics and didnt notice it was literally hanging on by a wire. They couldn't fix the door locks and notated what was going on with them wrong. They told me they would fix the fog light and it would be done in an hour so I came to wait in the shop and asked after an hour to be told that they hadn't even pulled it in the shop to fix it yet. I DO NOT RECOMMEND , I TOOK MY VEHICLE FOR STATE INSPECTION, THEY SAID IT WILL TAKE 1 HOUR AND 30$, AFTER 4 HOURS IT WAS STILL SITTING ON THE JACK LIFT. LATER THEY REMOVED THE TIRES AND ALSO TOP CALIPER BRAKEBRACKET BOLT ( WHICH REQUIRES APPROXIMATELY 90 TORQUE) AND CALIPER BRAKE PAD BOLT AND TOLD ME I NEED TO PAY THEM APPROXIMATELY 1900$ TO PASS THE STATE INSPECTION BECAUSE MY 1 CALIPER BOLT IS MISSING AND TIRES ARE TOO OLD AND I NEED TO BUY FOUR NEW TIRES .
