This location provided some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. Back in June, my girlfriend and I were on a road trip from Cincinnati. The evening that we were heading home, our car had a flat tire that I was pretty sure needed replaced. We were fairly close to this location at the time, but it was within an hour of closing. I called because my brakes were making noise. They told me I could bring it right in. They really helped me out and got me in since I couldn’t come back the next day due to work. I really appreciated it
The Mansfield MA Firestone is great! All of the customer care reps are good, but Clayton is a stand out!! He is extremely knowledgeable and personable. He listens well and takes the right amount of time and approach to make you feel comfortable with the work needed.
