Pati Duant was very pleasant and professional, in the technician did a great job on my car.
The customer service here was awful. We went there as soon as they opened at 7am with a flat tire. The second the rep helped us she was rude with an attitude and seemed annoyed by us. We explained we have a run flat tire and would need it either plugged or replaced. They immediately put the car on the lift and it seemed they were fixing it. Eventually an hour later they pulled it infront and told us we don’t plug run flat tires…. Staff at Mansfield Firestone AutoCare were awesome!! Courteous, Efficient & Communicative!!!
Unfortunately despite the very helpful front desk, the mechanics completely missed a hole in the exhaust stating the noise was from the power steering pump. Labor was charged to replace leaking shocks that they just installed last year. Good for oil change and tires, not for anything more complicated. Disappointed given the high cost paid and left with the same problem.
Took car in around 12PM for oil change and didn’t get back until the next day. My car was left overnight with no communication about doing so.
