The Mansfield MA Firestone is great! All of the customer care reps are good, but Clayton is a stand out!! He is extremely knowledgeable and personable. He listens well and takes the right amount of time and approach to make you feel comfortable with the work needed.
Just finished up at the Firestone and had a great experience. Staff was very friendly especially Pati who greeted me when I walked in. Her company was great and staff took great care of my vehicle.
Poor Service and Inventory Management Booked an appointment online at Firestone Complete Auto Care in Mansfield, MA (229 School St) for a specific tire installation. Received multiple email reminders, yet upon arrival, staff reported no stock available. They claimed an attempted call to an outdated phone number but ignored email communication.
