Avoid this place at all costs — lazy, incompetent, and downright rude. I had my car towed here on 7/21 under a third-party warranty, and for nearly a week, they did nothing. Zero communication. I called daily because they never once followed up, and every time I got the same vague line: “they’re working on diagnosing it.” Who is “they”? UPDATE: I brought my vehicle to Firestone for a brake job, and they initially replaced both front brakes and rotors. Not long after, I started experiencing a burning smell, shaking while driving, and issues when braking. When I returned to the shop, instead of properly diagnosing or addressing both sides again, they only replaced the right side, which made the issue worse.
