I have been visiting this store for over 3 years for routine maintenance until recently, when I found the technician cut the wire to my driver side lowbeam headlights at this location. Since I only use the car on weekends, it took me time to realize the issue, and take it over to a car electronics technician. However, the manager on duty at this Firestone blatantly refused to listen or acknowledge it. That will be my last visit to your store!

RecommendedCame in for a oil change and at least these guys pointed out that my sway bar was broken and the people that rotated my tires and was under my vehicle yesterday did not tell me about it!
Is it common practice to do a front end alignment with a bad tie rod end and brand new tires leaving the tie rod end broken ? How about changing pads and rotors that were not bad ? The rotors were fine !
It could be excellent, but they don't fix the broken equipment so the techs struggle to do their jobs. Bad management.
I love this Firestone, but if I make an appointment, I would like to be taken in at the time I made it for, not 45 minutes late.
Should have told me over the phone they didn't have the tire for my car in stock.
For the most part I've always gotten in and out of here pretty quickly. The staff is fairly knowledgable on everything and they do a good job based on the work I've had performed so far. They are only blocks away for me which is convienent. I'll continue to come here provide of the service remains the same. Thanks guys!
