I hot new tires here and when taking off my steering wheel kept shaking alot. took in customer service was awesome but I never had this problem with other tire shops. people are outstanding though very caring and now their stuff.

Took my car in for engine light issue, was charged for diagnostic and they indicated that they're master mechanic was leaving and that I needed to take my car to the dealership to have engine light issue. Also when I picked up my car the interior was full of dust as if they had left the doors open in the car. Too bad they don't have a 0 on the their review scale.
Went to buy 4 new tires and front end alignment. Had appointment for 8am, truck went on rack at 830am, after 3 hours moved to alignment rack. After 1 hour on alignment rack I asked manager what was taking so long. He stated that alignment was way off. When my truck was done I drove it for a block and noticed the steering wheel was way off center. Took it back and it was put on lift again. after 1 more hour the manager said that his machine was not calibrated the right way. Finally the Service Manager went and completed the j... read more
