Short version: Didn't even apologize for filling the truck with the wrong oil for 3 years. I am sorry to do this because I have been a happy customer here for 3 years getting many oil changes tires and other work done on my vehicles. It turns out this shop has been putting the wrong oil in my truck for three years and when I pointed it out they did not apologize but rather tried to tell me it wasn't a big deal.
