RecommendedWe had the occasion today to use the Firestone on Lovers Lane in Dallas. The young man managing the phones and customer service was by himself and clearly had been dealing with some “less than pleasant” people on the phone and in person. I failed to get his name, but he kept his cool and handles everyone as best he could and after being told when I called earlier that they would not be able to get the new tires on today...once we got there with the car via tow truck, he said he would get it done. Recently had a "near miss" accident that severely damaged my right front wheel...and some of the inside parts. These wonderful guys took great care of the problem and got my car up and running quickly. They are always so helpful, honest and attentive! It's such a blessing to have them in my life...and my neighborhood :)
