Went to the Firestone on Ben White because when I had my back tires replaced at the Firestone on Slaughter, they apparently didn’t tighten my lug nuts all the way because one had FaALLEN OFF!! I also had a leak on another tire and needed two rubber holders traded out on my exhaust system. After waiting two hours, I get home after being charged $25 to have the rubber pieces traded out( which requires zero tools and is super easy on a lift), and I was still missing a lug nut!!!!!
