A new manager or at least give him more training, his customer service skills are pretty bad! There's always excuses why they can't do something or don't have time to get to your vehicle !

Paid for a front end alignment 2 seperate times.. went through 4 front tires within 6 months. After taking the vehicle to another shop for an Alignment, the owner stated that the vehicle suspension hadnt been touched. Firestone's manager issued me a refund for the previous alignments, but that doesnt make up for the fact that i went there 2 seperate times , never actually had an alignment done, & had to purchase 4 new front tires in a short period of time.

The manager was in an argument with a paying customer about not having enough employees, time before closing. I had made appt on 10/02 for 5:30 on 10/03. I got there and was told it would be 30-45 mins. let's just say I did not leave till 6;30 PM. I am ok waiting for a lil bit but not and hour and half for one tire to be repaired. Definately need better customer service and more employees in the afternoon.
We were in need of Auto care a few weeks ago on my husband's Truck. They took really good care of us and I think the ladies name was Ashley. I am bad with names, but she was awesome with customer service. Thank you so much for all your help.

Planing a road-trip, I stopped at the Firestone in Lockhart for an oil change and a tire check. They were crazy busy, as they were short staffed. Customers were booking appts through MONDAY. I expressed a couple of concerns about my tires, and DON offered to check them, free of charge. He checked and regulated the pressure in each tire, and checked all of my treads. He took the time to ease my concerns though he was busy, and didn't have to. I will make my road trip feeling much relief. THANK YOU Don!
