Firestone in Flower Mound is an absolute disaster. I have been taking my three vehicles there for years and one mistake after another occurred. I only use them because of convenience to my home. They have done disastrously bad work on two of my vehicles and I finally said no more filed my complaint with the owner who get this offered to copy an oil change lol. False they are much better options than this we deserve better.
From the moment I called Firestone Complete Auto Care this morning and talked to Dan until services for my brakes and rotors were completed, I was treated with kindness, respect, and excellent Customer Service.
