Horrible service!!! We had to wait about 5 hours!!! The manager said they were really busy. There were about 3 customers in the store. Unfortunately Discount Tire closed at 12 that day!!! The store had a rating of 2 1/2 stars; it should be 0 stars!!!
This place is a joke I got a bad firestone tire on my new truck and they told me that they cannot Warranty it. Then they told me the tire was $300 and it was gonna cost $100 to put it on. Also the guy on the phone was real condescending and talking to me like I was stupid.
Had an 11:00 appointment for an alinement here it is 2:00 and it’s not done asking if I still want it done. This place is a joke.
Women beware this business uses scare tactics to get you to say yes to the work you may or may not need. Always get a second opinion. If you break down it would be cheaper to have it towed than use this place of business.
Went to Firestone On Stagg Dr in Beaumont on 10-31-18. I requested an alignment, I already had purchased the lifetime alignment. They told me all my camber bolts needed to be changed at an extreme cost $334 for 4 bolts. I said no and left, brought my 2015 chevy Silverado to modica brothers. They told me all the bolts are in great condition with factory plastic inserts still attached. Firestone flat out lied and tried to scam me out $334. Will not be doing business with these conartist anymore.
Had tires put on my wife’s car and over the course of 3-4 weeks one leaked down around the rim. She took it back and without even looking at it told her she needed to go to superior because she probably had a bent rim. I get on the phone and tell them do your job and check the tire,long story short 21/2 hours later she leaves and takes it to Mike Smith Tires in Lumberton. They fixed it in in and out 30 minutes all due to Firestone did not properly clean the rim and tire before installing it. WE WILL NOT GO BACK
