My family and I were in the area 200 miles from home when one of our tires developed a slow leak. It was a Sunday and most repair shops weren’t even open. These guys were very courteous and went above and beyond to squeeze us into their already full schedule and get my family safely back on the road. Thank you!

I will continue to go here for all my automotive needs! They took care of a check engine light in my almost 12 year old van in January and then the check engine light came on 2 weeks later so I brought it on, they did a free diagnostic and couldn't find the cause, reset the light and 2 weeks later the check fuel cap warning came on and again another check engine light. They suggested getting a new fuel cap from the Honda dealer so I went and paid $32 for a new cap just to be told they would charge me for a service if they pu... read more
I can say, without hesitation, this Firestone Complete Auto Care facility is amazing. The folks that I have interacted with are expeditious, friendly, and very customer-focused. Car repairs and maintenance are not cheap. This establishment has over and over again far exceeded my expectations with great service and fair prices. The best service I enjoyed in a long time.!!!!! I belong to the era of service even in the gas stations. To bad that's gone, I'm glad Firestone hasn't forgotten.
They tried to do work that we didn't need done so we went somewhere else and they charged us MUCH less than Firestone.
