Excellent service always. Hiram has kept me as a customer for over 20 years.
I’ve scheduled a 9am appointment. They have techs smoking cigarettes in the shop , no communication. All i asked for is a alignment and tpms reset and find out my car is in the air instead of on the alignment rack and hour from my original appointment . Being a member of the firestone family and running a store for them i never seen something like this
my experience at Firestone was awesome. They took the time to make me feel welcome explaining things like tires to me. they also took me out into the garage area under my car to explain and issue with my ball joint. I will be going back them for future car service.
