I had a great experience at Firestone! The staff was professional, friendly, and made sure I understood everything before any work was done. They finished the service quickly and the pricing was fair. It’s nice knowing I can trust them to take good care of my car. Will definitely be returning for any mechanical work. Highly recommend!
These guys are swindlers. I went for an alignment. They came up with 5 things that needed to be done before they could do it toataling 5k worth of work. When I asked for the alignment report they said they had to email it. Of course they never did. This place should be shut down for fraud
Worst experience ever
Customer care is always great and they deliver what they promise. I actually got a bill less than what they quoted me when my car was finished!
The service was good, but the price was way too high for replacing a tire pressure valve stem. I purchased the tires at Firestone with Road hazard insurance, but the bill indicated they charged me for fixing a flat.
