Made appointments for standard oil changes today. Came in and told us their "policies" changed and they have to go by GM standards to put a synthetic oil blend in our cars. One my cars is a Ford Escape, so that's incorrect as that car is not made by GM. The Cobalt they have never had a problem putting standard oil into up until now. They wanted to charge $65 for one and $48 dollars for the other. Huge ripoff. Went to Walmart and they did it no problem. Got in and out within an hour.
I've been taking my cars here for over 5 years! I won't take them anywhere else. The customer service is fantastic, and they are honest and reliable.
Quick tire change in under 30 minutes. I bought road hazard protection this time around and the manager extended the warranty from my previous tire and knocked $40 off my cost! Always friendly even if they are busy. They also don’t shove extra services down your throat which is one of my pet peeves. I will definitely be going back!
Everytime I come in there's a problem. They didn't finish all the services when they brought it out as ready. They once told me it would take 16 hours to get an oil change (no joke). They mischedule appointments, so when you go in when you are told, they tell you you're an hour late. They are rude and demeaning, and never apologize forany mistake.
Always speedy service every time I take my car in for an oil change, alignment check, or whatever else I may need.
I thought they were very slow at performing the work that needed to be done on my truck it was a simple front in alignment I think they would get more done if the person working the front counter would stay at his position and quit going to the garage and talking to the mechanics I was going to have more work done but for the timeframe they gave me I would've been there a very long time
Had 4 new tires installed at 6pm yesterday. Two flat tires today. After being towed today, to another shop, just found out they broke my tpms sensors! Not only did they not reset them, they broke them so bad they are causing my tires to go flat. And they didn't replace valve stems. Will NEVER go back here again! Lesson learned. These sensors are $90 each by the way! Not to mention a man came in at 7 to get his car after leaving the keys in the drop and calling them.
