Went to Firestone to have the rear brakes looked at on my Honda Odyssey , as they were making noise. This is the first time doing business with them and thought I would give them a shot. They called after the initial inspection and advised that all I would need is pads and rotors on the rear brakes . They quoted me initially $380 , I questioned that and he said $350.....This still sounded high and I told him that I would get back to him. I took my car there for an oil change, asked them to put air in the tires and rotate them. Guy said they would do all of that. I get in my car and there is no sticker in my window telling me the next oil change, tires didn't get rotated, and now my car is telling me it needs serviced, again. I used to like this place....not so much anymore..
