Yes I recommend Firestone in Albany. The guys there are very experienced and treat each customer with respect. Great team of employees who care about the service that they provide to the public. The Store Manager goes above and beyond, no matter who you are. Would not let anybody else touch my vehicles but Firestone in Albany.
RecommendedI’m a loyal customer bc of Scott. He’s extremely honest and helpful. A few weeks ago I was in and the guy assisting me clearly didn’t know how to look up info in the computer but Scott came to the rescue. He jumped right in and helped me as he always does. Great customer service!!!

These guys took great care of me. I went in with a tire in my trunk that had picked up a screw and went flat. They patched not plugged my tire add while they were putting it back on for me, they noticed that I had picked up another screw in the tire behind the original one. The associate Josh, asked if I'd like it fixed too. They even notified me of some uneven wear and advised me that I may need a wheel alignment. In and out quickly.
