this place is awful..they refused to fix my tire pressure light even after I bought new tires...... I put in a complaint and regional manager called one time and haven't heard back....unprofessional so stay away
Been here since 3:00 and it's 8:45 and I'm still here. WTH!!!
Yesterday, by boyfriend and I were hauling a HUGE camper for a friend of mine. On I-20, the trailer blew a tire. We managed to drive the rig to the next exit and stopped at a Firestone. We explained that it was a miracle we made it there and they would not even look at our situation. The man who "assisted" us had no sympathy and sent us off. If you are in the area and need tires I would highly suggest Triple J.
The wait time is horrible. No matter how busy the other locations are, i always manage to get a tire change within an hour. There is no excuse as to why there is a 2-3 hour wait.
I couldn't even get service I made a 8am appointment for an oil change and was told there is a 3hr wait. Needless to say they will never ever get a penny from me this is the 2nd time that's happened.
The customer service in here is always great. Everyone is very polite, patient and honest. Any issues I have had in the past have been resolved immediately and to my satisfaction. The only issue I've had is the wait time. Sometimes it has taken much longer than quoted, but the customer service is good enough to keep me coming back.
The Customer Service there is GREAT. The young men there are ALWAYS respectful and very willing to assist. Firestone is the only place that I have my car serviced. #TRUTH
