Had a nail in my tire and Firestone told me that it was punctured too deep and the tire would need to be replaced (which would likely require the replacement of the other rear tire to account for balance) coming to a total of ~$400. Got a second opinion at another shop and they patched it for $0. Almost cost me an unwarranted $400 had I not asked for a second opinion elsewhere. Scumbags.
RecommendedI will be singing their praises whenever I get the chance. I was in a pinch to get my tires flipped this evening for an event tomorrow and not only did they do exactly what I needed, but they went Above and Beyond in every way for a price it was lower than anywhere else I have been quoted. Thanks guys!

I had an appointment at 7am they got me in and out with no problems. The guys here are friendly and helpful. I would definitely come back here (and not because my husband works for Bridgestone) but because the customer service is great and they were fast!
This auto repair store has always been very good to me. I have no complaints. They do quality work, are well priced and stand behind their work.
had a "little" issue/problem with Firestone BUT after a couple of emails, got my problem solved and with big savings - no fingers pointed (we know who did or didn't do what!) Thank you Sara H. for the work you did for my problem and I sincerely appreciate it all - Firestone rocks (again!) If you ever had any kind of issue with Firestone - please, be patient, breathe, contact a manager or their website and be honest and they will be more than happy to keep you as a customer and will help you out VERY NICELY........
