So done with this location. Numerous bad experiences. I have patronized this locations many times and almost every time I was disappointed.First interaction was for an alignment on one of my vehicles on a Sunday. I made an online appointment online on Friday before. Drove from Picture Rocks to there only to be told “Sorry my alignment guy is out today, but I can reschedule for another”. Cody and the crew really took care of me this morning. Took a little longer than they predicted (which didn’t bother me) but they gave me a discount for it and I really appreciated it. Will definitely go back and recommend.

I was thrilled when I brought in my 2001 Toyota Camry and they did a thorough inspection. I was advised of the problem and it was repaired quickly for a reasonable price. I went there because it was recommended to me by my sister.

My brakes were barely working and most other mechanics are closed on Sundays but not Firestone. I was a walk-in and although I did spend a number of hours watching their cable TV, and making some new friends, I was SO happy they even entertained the idea of helping me in between those who already had appointments. They were able to find the part needed (master cylinder) and replace it, while finding another serious issue that needs attention very soon.
