worse customer service I've ever had called and asked for a price on what my 2015 Honda Civic for an oil change and i was quoted 39 get here and say 50 something then 48 bc i was upset about it i said how am i quoted 39 and the price keeps changing the guy got an attitude and said just give it to her for free i didnt ask for it to be free and honestly felt like crap being talked to the way i was i almost cried bc it was so humiliating to be talked to like that i will never come back to this place very disrespectful and not h... read more

Worst Experience ever at this location. They don’t do what you ask and are going to pay money for. They want to talk over you and treat you like a steering wheel holder. They also lied and said they performed services when in reality they did not. They also don’t know much about cars in general, and want to argue with you when you try to inform them. Poor customer service. Made appointment for oil change. Took twice as long as it ever has. Didn’t see the benefit of making an appointment if it was still going to take an extended time. Not to mention, last visit I was overcharged on tires and no one ever did anything about it. Was promised a call from mgmt, never happened and when I called them back no one knew anything about it.

Untruthful or misleading about price and service, and fail to do their work in a competent manner. Absolutely must avoid.
Took care of us! We were in town watching the eclipse and the brakes decided to go awry. They fixed us in a flash.
Spent almost $2000 for new air conditioning unit and now it won't even turn on. They then expected me to pay another $50 for them to look at it again.
Ben helped me out when I was traveling and needed new tires. Great service!
