I decided to go to the shop on E main st in Spartanburg SC because their reviews looked better than other Firestone shops around. Another disappointment. Took my car there to replace the door handle. When they called me several days later to pickup the car, I found a "green" door handle on my "silver" car. It looked awful. They told me they do not do painting, and that I had to go paint the door handle somewhere else. Besides, I found a "check engine light" sign on the dashboard that was not there before.
