A bumch of Con artists! – I took my car in becuase it was overheating. I was told it had 2 bad hoses and that after they were replaced it would correct the problem. After picking up my car, it overheated within 3 min of driving it. I called back, took the car back in, and then was told it could be 2 other different things but they couldnt be sure...and would cost me even more money. DANGER in all directions – Recently, I purchased four directional tires from a Firestone store located on 250 W Blackstock Rd Spartanburg, SC. These tires were sold to me by a Mr. David Segarra (store manager). It was brought to my attention by soldiers of the 323 En Co (motor pool) that these tires were mounted in the wrong direction. I quickly drove to Firestone to get an explanation. They were apologetic and informed me that the tires were in fact mounted wrong by an employee that recently was terminated.
