Thank you for taking care of me this morning. Ok, those who knows me.... know that I’m illiterate when it comes to anything auto( except pumping gas)� Some how my Big Baby Blacky= Infinity (suv) have a screw in one of the tires. So my hubby said take it into Firestone they’ll patch it for u. Not knowing where to park my truck. So , I’d pulled in their garage, and yes, That’s where I parked , oops �! I've always had good service at this location before. However, today when I went in for a flat tire, I was told my BRAND NEW air filter that had been put in 6 days earlier was dirty and needed to be replaced today. When I pointed out it was brand new, they immediately backtracked, saying they hadn't actually looked at it and that they were basing it off the mileage. I could not be happier with the customer service that my dad and I received from Firestone I had went to another wheel alignment place and they were going to charge me 3 times the amount for stuff they said that was wrong which in fact it wasn't I walked out of Firestone Same Day within two hours my car had new tires and alignment and all that was under 500 God bless this business for excellent service
Got buy one get one free tires there and free alignment. Should have walked to Towne East but didn't so about a little over 2 hours there. Mark and Nick at desk very nice and helpful.
