RecommendedMy husband and I were traveling through Lincoln on our way home when we had a flat tire today. We found ourselves without a spare. So we pulled the flat and caught an Uber to Firestone Complete Auto Care. They were booked for the day as most good shops are on a Sunday, but after the manager heard about our situation he took the tire and fixed it himself. Major thanks to all the staff there for saving the day!
RecommendedI had my first visit here today to install a set of tires. The staff was friendly when making the appointment and when picking up my car. I got a call when my car was done over an hour before I requested it to be done by. When I picked up my car, one of the employees walked me out to my car in the lot to show me a very small scratch on my tire rim. RecommendedMike took care of a tire for me at the last minute before closing right before a snowstorm. Most places told me it would have to wait, but the spare tire was flat too and I didn’t have that option. Will definitely consider Firestone again in the future. Thanks mike!
Love this place, no complaints! We bring all three of our vehicles here for oil and tires and have done so for awhile. Everyone is friendly, especially Mike, and they go out of their way when it comes to customer service. We're customers for life at this Firestone!
We will never go back....took my car in to have one of the tires fixed (piece of metal stuck in the tread). Dropped it off around 1145am and told them we’d be back around 430pm to pick it up. Upon return it hadn’t been looked at, nobody bothered to call and let us know it wouldn’t be ready. We then get a call roughly 30 min later telling us the hole in the tire cannot be fixed and we’d have to buy a whole new set of tires for $1100! � We opted to place the spare on my car and take the tire to someone that actually fixed the ... read more
