I had an excellent experience at this location, especially thanks to Jesse Megenhardt, the plant manager. He was incredibly kind, professional, and willing to help from the very beginning. I had an issue today and needed some important paperwork as quickly as possible. Jesse went above and beyond to assist me. A business so disgraceful and shameless that they’d make me secure the straps outside in the rain—hope the money they earn brings them no good
This company, in my experience, has a terrible administrative collective. I've called, left messages etc, to figure out how to get my BOL for a delivery. They never answered the phone or responded to any attempts to connect with me. How can an unresponsive shipper expect to get CDL Operators the information they need for delivery when this behavior is acceptable by standards? If a CDL Operator is late or otherwise, we get treated like dogs from brokerage companies, employers, DOT...etc...if you're a trucker, raise your hand ... read more
