Rude guy at receiving window clearly hates his job needs to understand he is the face of that company put on a fake smile atleast and be respectful. Solve problems don’t create bigger problems. Drivers don’t show up early because they want to they show up for deliveries at appointment times. If they can’t schedule correctly that’s an internal issue they need to fix.
This place truly surprised me! No nonsense when it came to checking in and getting loaded. Top notch lounge and free coffee. Only reason this place didn’t get all 5 stars was because of all the ignorant NFI trucks parked all over in the most inconvenient places.

They load 7-7pm, at the end of the cul-de-sac, the shipping office is right in the middle of the building with pop snack machines and a bathroom. The strorage area is kept very clean, just the sound of busy lifts honking and making money. Over night parking is available. They'll get u loaded promptly. Don't forget to put a twist in your straps!
