This company, in my experience, has a terrible administrative collective. I've called, left messages etc, to figure out how to get my BOL for a delivery. They never answered the phone or responded to any attempts to connect with me. How can an unresponsive shipper expect to get CDL Operators the information they need for delivery when this behavior is acceptable by standards? If a CDL Operator is late or otherwise, we get treated like dogs from brokerage companies, employers, DOT...etc...if you're a trucker, raise your hand ... read more
Rude guy at receiving window clearly hates his job needs to understand he is the face of that company put on a fake smile atleast and be respectful. Solve problems don’t create bigger problems. Drivers don’t show up early because they want to they show up for deliveries at appointment times. If they can’t schedule correctly that’s an internal issue they need to fix.
