Received an oil change for my Mercedes and my car started having problems. Spoke with the owner about the situation and he refused to do business with me again. This establishment seems EXTREMELY biased towards people of color.
If you are looking for a place to have your car repaired this is the place to bring it. Excellent service. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.
Just had my first experience with Fire Station Svc Center in Tyler. I was having problems with my car steering wheel shimming and it cutting out and the RPMs going crazy. Steve checked me in and after they did the diagnostic they found the problem. They ordered the part and I was out of there in 2 and 1/2 hours this is the best place in Tyler to take your car the service is exemplary. The price was within what I expected to pay I'm very happy with the results! Do not go to Fire Station Auto!
